The work investigates bitumen-vermiculite compositions, mastics and asphalt concrete structures intended for road construction. Research has been carried out on the production and testing of bitumen-vermiculite composite materials using bitumen of oil road grades BND 90/130 and BND 60/90 and expanded vermiculite sand of fr. 0.6 - 1.0 mm. Bituminous-vermiculite mastics, asphalt concrete mixtures (according to GOST 9128) have been developed and tested in road conditions, and their effectiveness has been shown in the repair of asphalt concrete pavements under the conditions of road use in the north of the Tyumen region.
