The paper presents data on the species diversity of the residential mycobiota of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The study is conducted from 2006 to the present. To date, the mycobiota of four cities – Sterlitamak, Salavat, Ishimbay and Birsk-have been studied in detail. The paper presents the general species saturation of the residential mycobiota of the republic. An analysis of the general systematic list and a general overview of the species composition is given.
