Abstract

We discuss the idea that in Nature, the creation of objects with the highest level of complexity, not only in comparison with any component part of it, but also any object of its surrounding neighborhood, occurs in the boundary layer of two immiscible (non-interacting) media. In particular, experimental results on the creation of compartments in the boundary layer of two immiscible liquids are considered.
