The article examines the processes of forming a feedback system between business, executive and legislative branches and the activities of NGOs in organizing and holding special events as the most effective tools for creating such communication. Non-profit organizations (NPOs) take on the role of communicators in building a communication space in which government officials can receive the necessary information about the state of affairs in the industry, about the problems of optimizing management for the formation and execution of state orders in road construction. The need for such a dialogue between business and government contributes to the settlement and mutual understanding of players in this industry, creates a space for public communications, a basis for effective socially responsible partnership. Using the example of the non-profit organization "Association of Builders and Suppliers of the Road Complex", the technologies for holding the following special events: conferences, seminars, and forums - for the road construction community - customers, builders and suppliers of the road complex are considered.
