The purpose of the work is to analyze the theoretical, methodological and practical factors of the formation and development of competitive advantages of enterprises to strengthen their positions in the Russian construction market. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to analyze the application of methods to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the construction industry. The object of the study is the financial and economic activities of a construction company, the subject is the competitive advantages and competitiveness of this company. The information base of the study was the scientific literature, the company's reports.
