ONLINE FOREIGN LANGUAGE COURSE FOR ACADEMIC PURPOSES: FROM COURSE TO RESOURCE

In the article the problem of designing the foreign language for academic purposes course in higher professional education is analyzed; the capabilities of open educational resources implemented in the in professionally-oriented teaching foreign language to undergraduates based on the data obtained at Sevastopol State University are described. The author draws conclusions about the effectiveness and feasibility of OER using in the development of a modern digital educational environment.
