MAIN DIRECTIONS OF PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF DEVELOPMENT IN TEACHERS OF READINESS TOWARDS INNOVATION

The purpose of the study: to reveal the main directions of pedagogical support for the development of teachers' readiness for innovation, which provide variability and personal orientation of work with teachers. Research tasks: to detail the informative and technological characteristics of the tutor, network tutor, organizational-methodical directions of pedagogical support for the development of readiness for innovation among teachers. Research methods: study of scientific literature, analysis, design, generalization. The results of the study: a program of pedagogical support for the development of readiness for innovative activities among teachers was developed, which is a set of events for the implementation of tutor, network tutor, organizational, methodological directions of support; the content and methodological component of the joint activities of tutors, the tutor council of the school, teachers, the school administration for planning, organizing and implementing pedagogical support for the development of teacher readiness for innovation is presented.
