Abstract

This article is a response to the appeal of the historian Stanislav Nikolaevich Chernyavsky to readers, made in his monograph: “... the best reward for us will be if this work, written in a popular science genre, arouses interest in further research on the topic, and the author will be corrected and supplemented ... Any response is valuable, because it testifies that the work was not in vain "
