ON THE LEGAL REGULATION OF THE USE OF FORESTS FOR AGRICULTURE

The article deals with the legal regulation of the use of forests for agriculture. The components of agricultural activity in forests, the grounds for its implementation, the rights and obligations of citizens and legal entities using forests for agriculture are analyzed. Features of implementation of the considered forest management in the territory of the Saratov region are revealed.
