Abstract

The article considers the main criteria for the selection of candidates for the vacant position of the state civil service. The author examines the legal framework, theoretical and practical features of the legal regulation of the selection of candidates for the vacant position of the state civil service. The directions of improving legal relations in this area are proposed.
