COLLISIONS OF LEGISLATION AS A LEGAL BASIS OF LEGAL ENFORCEMENT

The article deals with the problems associated with the collision of Russian legislation. The author draws a conclusion about the objective nature of the conditions conducive to contradictions in the field of legal regulation. Considering legal collisions as a basis for law enforcement discretion, the author also draws attention to the fact that collisions can be a source of conflicts and instability in law enforcement.
