The article examines the theoretical and practical factors of the influence of organizational culture on the socio-psychological climate of the organization. The results of the influence of organizational culture on the psychological factors that form the climate in the organization are presented. Recommendations for improving and maintaining a favorable psychological climate in the organization are given.
