PROBLEMS OF TRANSITION TO INNOVATIVE ECONOMY OF THE SARATOV REGION

This article discusses the problems of transition of the Saratov region to an innovative economy and possible solutions. The article identifies the features of the region and provides an analysis of economic development. The scientific novelty of the research consists in offering a plan for a gradual transition to an innovative economy and ways to solve existing problems.
