THE MAIN DIRECTIONS OF THE STATE POLICY OF DEOFFSHORIZATION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The paper analyzes the problems of practical implementation of legislation in the field of legal regulation of the offshoring mechanism and develops scientific and practical recommendations on deoffshorization of the Russian economy in the context of enhancing international cooperation, taking into account the specifics of profitmaking by business structures under various schemes of offshore interaction and minimizing its negative consequences.
