QUESTIONNAIRE AS A METHOD OF ANALYZING THE NEEDS OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHEN LEARNING GRAMMAR OF A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

The article analyzes the needs for teaching English grammar. The choice of this topic is determined by the need to identify the reasons for the lack of motivation among students to master the grammatical side of speech. Grammar, being the basis of language, seems difficult to learn. The practical purpose of the article lies in the need of applying communicative grammar teaching method and information and communication technologies in class, which contributes to the effective formation of grammatical skills.
