DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES WITH THE HELP OF THE "IDEAS GENERATOR - LABORATORY OF ITS SUPPORT" METHOD FOR TECHNICAL SCHOOL STUDENTS

Continuous development and improvement of production technologies, the introduction of additive technologies, automated design, mechatronic systems, composite materials, software control of equipment are one of the priority areas of the economy of our country. Vocational education faced the problem of increasing the level of technical competence of students in the demanded professions and specialties "TOP-50": on the one hand, there is a shortage of teaching staff at technical schools and colleges, on the other hand, there is a shortage of workers and mid-level specialists.
We note that in recent years heuristics have become a recognized methodological basis for the development and improvement of technology and production processes. The relevance of addressing this problem is determined by the scale of the preparation of secondary vocational education for students of a technical profile (54% of the total number of students).
