INERTIAL EXCITER OF PLANETARY TYPE
Keywords:
vibrating exciter; unbalanced mass; impact on soilAbstract
In order to improve the quality of soil tillage, to exclude clodding when plowing anthropogenic overconsolidated soil, to saturate the surface soil layers with air to activate microbiological processes, to level the soil for uniform distribution of seeds, to break capillary connection of the upper soil layers with the surface of the lower ones, thereby to keep melt water in them it is proposed to equip the mounted agricultural equipment with a vibration exciter. Thus, it is favorable to strengthen the impact of, for example, a harrow on the cultivated soil.
In the work some aspects of functioning of physical full-size model of inertial vibrating exciter of planetary type are considered. During the laboratory test the knock, caused by the occurrence of rigid contact of the runner with the body, in which part of the mechanical energy is spent on generation of sound vibrations, is established. The task is to establish the causes of occurrence of the impact, the contact area of the unbalanced mass with the vibration exciter body in order to control the technological process of excitation of impact action of the runner on the body.
