Abstract

In the article, the author addresses the activities and decisions of the Private Meeting convened on May 20, 1907 in Omsk by the Steppe Governor-General on issues on the needs of the Kyrgyz steppe region, which has become a continuation of the policy of Russification of the education of the Kazakh population of the Steppe Regionю
