The relevance of the problem of increasing the quality of life is determined by the interests of the modern welfare state and the personal interest of each person. Among the indicators of socio-economic well-being of the population, a special place is occupied by the state of healthcare, the quality of education, housing affordability, the state of the law enforcement system, the state of housing and communal services, the level of quality of life and the state of the comfortable environment of the territories.
