HISTORY OF DEVELOPMENT AND FORMATION OF THE THEORY OF TESTS

In this article, the authors consider the history of the development and formation of the theory of tests of some scientists who made a great contribution to the theory of tests and their work contributed to the development of this knowledge control system. In the modern world, testing is the leading research method in the field of pedagogy and psychology. Today, in the educational sphere, in order to carry out all kinds of exams, the latest testing methods are used in order to modernize education and improve the quality of knowledge assessment. Use tests for entrance examinations to control the written knowledge of applicants.
