IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF LAND USE

Land resources are a spatial base for the placement of all types of construction and the development of urbanization, on which the main national wealth created by human labor is concentrated.
Land resources are considered from two sides: on the one hand - as a territory in general, on which the vital activity of society is carried out, and, on the other hand – as separate land plots, that is, part of the territory of the municipality, which has borders, area, location, legal status and many other characteristics that are reflected in the land cadaster.
The activity of social production without the use of land is unthinkable and impossible. Each land plot has its own properties, specifics, and rational use of land requires scientifically sound and effective management of the processes in which participants in land relations are involved.
