The article presents the first part of a set of fundamental principles for developing a procedure for determining the competitiveness of objects (routes of communication, terminal structures and devices, rolling stock) of various types of transport (the procedure for choosing a mode of transport) in the formation and implementation of integrated logistics systems for the mining industry (ILSGP).
