CARING AND RESPONSIVENESS - THE BEST QUALITIES OF KANYKEI

This research article examines the best and excellent qualities - caring and responsiveness of Kanykei, a beautiful woman, the wife of the hero Manas. It is characterized how she showed concern, sewing uniforms for the soldiers in the process of preparing for the Great Campaign, when the “Kozkamans” - relatives on the line of
Manas’s father, returned from a distant settlement called “Zhuushangyr” to the ancestral land - Ala-Too. Kanykei sewed trousers called “kandagai" from the most durable material for the hero - the warrior Koshoi, who was greatly touched by an unexpected gift for him and warmly thanked Kanykei, sincerely blessed her to give birth to a son and give him the name Semetei. Kanykei was very happy because afterwards Koshoi’s blessing came true.
