SOME PROBLEMS OF PROTECTING WORKERS’ LABOR RIGHTS DURING THEE PANDEMIC

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of public life, including the labor sphere. The usual way of working has become impossible, due to the introduction of quarantine and social restrictions. In this connection, there were various problems with which employers and employees of various fields of activity faced many difficulties, the most common of which was the violation of workers' labor rights. This article is devoted to the description of some of the problems of protection of workers' labor rights that have developed in the current situation, and their solution, as well as an overview of existing changes on such issues.
