SOME PROBLEMS OF OVERCOMING GENDER DISCRIMINATION IN THE FIELD OF WORK

This article is devoted to the consideration of certain legal aspects of such a socially negative phenomenon as gender discrimination. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of gap and insufficiently flexible issues from the point of view of legal practice. Based on the study of domestic and foreign experience, recommendations are made to overcome the studied forms of discrimination concerning the optimization of labor legislation in terms of gender discrimination issues.
