Рассмотрены вопросы совершенствование системы складирования путем внедрения метода АВС анализа, предложен расчет и систематизированы результаты внедрения этого метода в деятельность складского хозяйства. Применение методики АВС – анализа упорядочивает работу склада, что позволяет сократить время, повысить скорость работы, и снизить издержки.
