Musaev academicianopinionthe impossibility ofa full understanding Turkic peopleswithout a commonalphabetreasonablycomprehensivescientific analysisof modern Türkology, where the studyof languages should be based onethnologicaland culturalfoundation, as therequirement of today – to makepublic, ethnic, culturalvalueTürkology, to fullycomprehend the meaning of theethnichistory, cultural historyof the state andinterstate relations,people and international relationsin the development oflanguage,understand the factthat it is through linguistic unitymergedtribesand the emergence ofnationas a nationwith its own traditions, its culture,with its nationalworld view. External factorscan notcompletely change thelinguistic system, but in the formation processofthe ethnic grouprelated languagesdialectsandplayed a role, enrichinglanguageaudiofeatures, which after a longhistorical development, resulted in aparticularlanguage system, withits domestic laws, withonlyherinherentproperties, with itsmorphology, phoneticsandsemantics.
