STUDY OF THE PROCESS OF ADAPTATION OF YOUNG SPECIALISTS AT THE JSC SAYANSKKHIMPLAST ENTERPRISE

This article discusses issues related to the adaptation of new employees at the enterprise. The adaptation of personnel largely determines the effectiveness of the organization. The article also considered the types of adaptation that are used at the chemical industry enterprise under study. Special attention is paid in the article to the adaptation of young specialists at the enterprise, since the first days in the company are important for employees who do not yet have experience working in a similar position. The author conducted a study of the adaptation process among young professionals, and presented recommendations for improving the adaptation period of specialists.
