FEATURES OF THE EDUCATIONAL ORIENTATION OF ADOLESCENTS WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF MOTIVATION

Abstract

This article presents the results of the research of the direction and level of development of educational motivation in adolescents studying at the Physics and Mathematics Lyceum. The ''Method of diagnosing the direction of educational motivation'' was used by T.D. Dubovitskaya and ''Methods of studying the motivation for learning adolescents'' M.I. Lukianova and N.V. Kalinina. It was revealed that for students with a high level of motivation the priority is the value of knowledge; independence in the form of activity and interest in the subject. Respondents with an average and low level of motivation are focused on the difficulty of studying the type of activity; negative attitude towards work; negative attitude towards the activity.
